About the Palm Desert Graduate Center
The UCR Palm Desert Graduate Center offers innovative graduate and professional programs while serving as a catalyst for the economic development and diversification of California's Coachella Valley.
Located just one hour east of UCR’s main campus, the Palm Desert Graduate Center opened in 2005 and offers two programs:
- Master of Business Administration through the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management
- Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for the Performing Arts
Two state-of-the-art buildings house the programs, which offer students a unique opportunity to take advantage of all the University of California's world-class academics and resources with the intimacy and personal attention of creative academic programs at a new campus.
Programs focus on entrepreneurial management, the arts and the physical and cultural environment, with the goal of meeting the challenges that affect communities experiencing rapid growth and change.
