HERC operates as a clearinghouse for academic and staff employment opportunities at colleges and universities throughout Southern California. Developed in 2003, HERC is especially helpful in helping spouses and partners of faculty and staff find employment within the region. Providing this service helps UCR not only attract new faculty, but also retain valuable members of our teaching and research efforts.
